These terms apply when you use profilepiclab.com ("ProfilePicLab", "we"), which is run by BAV Tech Solutions Ltd, registered inEngland and Wales (company number 16629096). By using the site you agree to them.

Using the tools

• The tools are free for personal and commercial use. You don't need an account.
• Images you create are yours. We claim no rights over them, and we never see them.
• Only use images you have the right to use. That means your own photos and logos, or ones you have permission for.
• Don't use the tools to create anything unlawful, or to impersonate someone else.
• Don't try to disrupt the site, overload it, or copy it wholesale with automated tools.

Platform rules

Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft and the other platforms we mention set their own rules about profile pictures, and they can change them at any time. We try to keep our size guidance accurate, but we can't promise a platform will accept or display a particular image (for example, that an animated GIF will animate). ProfilePicLab isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their names are used only to describe what the tools are for.

No warranty

The tools are provided free and "as is". We work to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll be available at all times, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your original images: the tools don't change the files on your device.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from your use of the tools or images made with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
